Over the past several months, Suly and I have exchanged a number of emails and texts discussing photography ideas we could incorporate into her engagement session.  I always advise my bride and groom-to-be’s to wear meaningful accessories that truly represent a piece of their personalities and who they are.  I think Suly’s bird cage veil is a perfect representation of her style.  And even though she doesn’t wear this accessory on a day to day, it represents her style, her mind, her heart.  A photograph documents it all.

I met up with Suly and Richard in one of my favorite places in Tampa.  Old Hyde Park Village has so much character and history, a place I can’t recommend enough to my clients who ask for atmosphere.  I think it is the city-girl in me who can’t stay away from street shoppes, cafés, and patio lounges.

I couldn’t keep my eyes off of these two.  Suly is ecentric, energetic, and completely fun.  Richard is patient, content, and easy-going.  I love that they balance and adore each other.
